This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Researchmore Pvt. Ltd.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only when:
- Payment has been made
- Service delivery has not commenced
Non-Refundable Situations
- Work already started
- Services already delivered
- Client dissatisfaction after delivery
- Client-caused delays
Discretionary Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at Researchmore’s sole discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
